Urban Living is a new collection under Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices targeting buyers and sellers in urban markets. The Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices brand is already luxurious and premium, so we wanted to make sure the new collection reflected the same, but with a more urban feel. We used natural textures echoed in urban homes, lofts, and condos to bring the unique environment to life, while the angles give the collateral energy, movement, and versatility. After creating the Urban Living look and feel, we designed their print and digital suite of materials including a listing presentation, property brochure, folder, print ad, capabilities book, e-card, and social posts.
